The Washington Spirit held the Seattle Reign to a 0-0 draw in Boyds, Maryland on June 16th, 2018. The 8th ranked Spirit fought valiantly against the 2nd place team in the league, with close chances on both sides.
Luckily for the Seattle Reign, Andi Sullivan was unable to put any away for the Spirit. On the other hand, it was the heroics of Washington Spirit’s goalkeeper, Aubrey Bledsoe, that helped keep the scoresheet clean for the Washington Spirit.
The final score was a 0-0 tie.
